Contact Agreement Definition

A "Contact Agreement" between an employer and candidate using the CharterSchoolJobs.com system, grants an employer the right to view a candidates contact information which includes their home address, telephone number and email address. A Contact Agreement can be established in one of two ways:

1. When a candidate responds to an employment position posted on our Job Board, he or she gives implicit permission to initiate a Contact Agreement.
2. When a candidate accepts an employer's Contact Invitation.

Note that in the case where a candidate is responding to a position posted on the Job Board, a candidate's contact information will only be visible to the employer if the posting is a currently valid Unlimited Contacts posting. If not, the employer must purchase the candidates information at the current "Per-Contact" price.
