require employers to obtain explicit permission from the candidate in the form

You initiate the process of obtaining a candidate's permission
to release his or her contact information to you by initiating
a
Contact Invitation.
Our Search subscriptions allow you to initiate an unlimited
number of Contact Invitations for the specified period
of time.
